Lake Record Ghost Carp Completes Incredible Linear Haul for Team Taylor
Social sessions don’t get much better than the one Tallulah and her dad Tim (Team Taylor) just experienced at Linear Fisheries’ Brasenose 1, where she went on to beat her personal best twice—and land a new lake record ghost carp to top it all off!

After drawing a swim at the far end of the lake—where fish were clearly showing—Team Taylor set up feeling confident and focused from the get-go.

Choosing to fish at a distance she could comfortably reach, Tallulah cast Spinner Rigs at around 20 wraps. Her setup featured reliable OMC Tackle components, including:

Sharing the swim with close friend Brad Phillips, and fishing two rods each, Tallulah took full advantage of the chance to learn from Brad’s extensive angling knowledge. His guidance clearly paid off, helping her christen her new PB Sling and Heist Roll Mat in spectacular style!

Thanks to plenty of hard work and determination, the team landed 20 fish over the weekend. Catches included:
-
A few high doubles
-
Plenty of 20lb+ fish
-
A massive 35lb common – her first new PB
-
A stunning 36lb 8oz mirror – her second PB!

The highlight, however, came in the form of a 33lb 8oz ghost carp named 'Scar'—a truly unique fish now confirmed as the new Brasenose 1 ghostie lake record.

With multiple PBs, a lake record, and the "Most Fish" trophy secured, Team Taylor capped off the incredible weekend with a well-earned Easter Egg celebration on the iconic Park Bench.

What a phenomenal session—and one that will live long in the memory for this talented young angler.
